Our latest release represents perhaps our most ambitious update to date. What started as routine improvements to Eventfolio and shop discounts evolved into a comprehensive enhancement of the platform's core functionality.

I'm particularly excited about our new AI-powered admin chat assistant. This isn't just another chatbot—it's an intelligent companion trained specifically on ReadyMembership's knowledge hub. While most membership platforms treat AI as a generic add-on, we've built ours from the ground up to understand the nuances of membership management.
Users can now ask natural language questions about making the most of the platform, eliminating the frustration of searching through documentation. Instead of waiting for support or hunting through help articles, administrators can simply ask, "How do I set up automated payment reminders?" and receive instant, contextual guidance.
This isn’t all - users can enhance their ReadyMembership platforms with our advanced AI solution - ReadyIntelligence. It works with your data and knowledge to give you faster answers and deeper insights, speeding up member enquiries and freeing up staff to focus on delivering high-value benefits.

Our enhanced formbuilder now supports multi-page forms with conditional logic. Each page can include rules determining whether users need to complete it based on their profile or previous responses. Many platforms claim to offer flexible forms, but they typically require complex technical setup or force you into rigid templates. Our approach is different—sophisticated logic that works through simple, intuitive configuration.

We've also enhanced our pending bookings management system, providing administrators with sophisticated tools to convert tentative bookings into confirmed ones whilst managing capacity effectively.

For administrators, optional chat transcript functionality provides oversight capabilities when needed, whilst new email notifications ensure members never miss important messages.

We've revolutionised our discount system with stacked discounts and item-specific targeting. We've also extended stock control to digital products, recognising that modern membership organisations often sell online courses, webinars, and digital resources alongside physical goods.
