Pixl8 Group is delighted to have been awarded ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification for our Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), web application products.

In achieving this certification we have demonstrated that we operate a strong information security management system (ISMS) to ensure that the data that we hold and process through our Preside platform and associated software products is secure.

What is ISO/IEC 27001?

ISO/IEC 27001 is the world's most recognised standard for information security management systems. It defines requirements an ISMS must meet and sets guidance for establishing, implementing, maintaining and continually improving an information security management system.

Our certification means that we have established systems and processes to manage risks related to the security of data we own and handle, and that this system respects all the best practices and principles enshrined in this International Standard.

How were we assessed?

Prescient Security carried out audits of our procedures and processes - vetting our people, processes and technology to ensure that our ISMS met the standards required. Areas assessed included:

  • Confidentiality - ensuring the right people have access to data
  • Information integrity - storing data reliably and keeping it safe
  • Availability of data - making sure the business and clients can access data at all times

The Pixl8 team carried out internal audits prior to external assessment to ensure procedures and processes were fully documented and met the highest ISO standards.

We’re delighted to be awarded our ISO certificate. The team has worked incredibly hard to evaluate, enhance and document our information security procedures. With ever-changing and growing cybersecurity threats our clients can be assured that we have a strong information security system in place to protect their data and we are committed to maintaining and improving these standards.
