Associations who launched with us in 2023

20 associations launched on ReadyMembership in 2023 - discover their success stories.

Last year, 20 associations launched new membership platforms on ReadyMembership. They included membership bodies from the UK, Australia, the United States and global organisations with offices across the world.

Their industries ranged from accounting, gas engineering & office supplies, to environmental toxicology, higher education and professional declutterers to name just a few.

Our teams assisted with UX and data architecture, created website designs and applied brand rollouts.  We also advised our new clients on digital strategy and developed custom features to meet their specific needs which are now part of the ReadyMembership platform.

The Institute of Gas Engineering and Managers (IGEM) launched in January and achieved impressive results in the first 30 days after going live.

Time spent on the website went up 120% and the association saw a 40% increase in new individual membership applications. Sales of IGEM’s technical standards both in digital and hard copy format have soared in the year since launch.

RIMPA Global which launched in March, is an Australia-based association representing Records and Information Management Practitioners globally. ReadyMembership has enabled the team to create multiple subscription grades with different numbers of users included at different price bands.

Our team also created a feature which automatically applies credit card surcharges where they are applicable. Just a couple of the platform’s features that are making membership and payments management easier. Read the case study here

The National Association for Campus Activities (July) and the Colorado League of Charter Schools (August) are two US associations that launched on ReadyMembership in 2023.

Both associations have ReadyMembership’s Submissions module that lets them manage calls for Abstracts from their members. They are also using the Awards module to manage regional and national awards.

In November we met US association leaders tech consulants and tech consultants at AMS Fest in Washington DC. We discussed the differences between UK and US membership approach to tech selection and digital transformation, which led to some revealing insights. Watch our webinars here.

The year ended with a new membership platform for the Analytics Institute in December. ReadyMembership has made it easy for them to manage corporate and individual membership - and capture all data on one platform. When members log in they can easily access a wealth of events and resources and manage their membership.

The institute supports organisations and professionals working with data analytics and AI. It was the perfect way to end a year of exciting launches with a client who is always looking to the future of technology.

New features adding extra value:

Rewarding members:  BOSS - the trade association for the business supplies industry (June) and the Association of Professional Declutterers (July) both have a feature which enables them to reward members with special digital badges for 5, 10, 15 or 20 years of membership. These are displayed on a members homepage and directory listing and are downloadable as a certificate.

Turning Zoom calls into CPD points: for LEA Global (February) the ReadyMembership team created a calculator that attributes CPD points based on engagement. When a member attends a Zoom webinar for learning the calculator assigns points to their member CPD record based on how long they have been on the call and how many poll questions they have answered.

Seamless online-learning: the Association of Electrical and Mechanical Trades (September) new platform is integrated with learning management system Brightspace. They sell courses through their online shop and progress is captured in their member dashboard.
