Join us at AAE World Congress 2026 — one of the most important events in the international association calendar. We're proud to be strategic sponsors and to have three sessions at this year's congress, including a keynote panel, a hands-on AI workshop, and a client case study session from the Institute of Translation and Interpreting.

Explore the full agenda and book your place on the AAE World Congress website.

Keynote panel: rethinking the value of associations in the age of AI Monday 8 June, 10:20–11:00

As knowledge, services, and connections are reshaped by AI, where do associations create unique value — and what must change? Alex Skinner, Chief Executive of Pixl8 Group, joins association leaders and AI experts on the keynote panel to examine how organisations are adapting in practice: the real decisions being made, the lessons being learned, and how leaders can build capability and guide their teams through it.

Hands-on workshop: build your own membership AI assistant Monday 8 June, 14:45–18:00

No coding required. In this practical workshop, you will build a working AI assistant for your association — one that can answer member questions in natural language, drawing on your organisation's own knowledge base, with cited, trusted responses.

Led by Alex Skinner, you will use ReadyIntelligence — the flexible, secure AI platform built for associations — to configure your AI assistant, connect your knowledge sources, and test it before you leave. By the end of the session, you will have a working prototype and 60 days of free continued access to evaluate it with your team.

This session is for senior association leaders, directors, and managers responsible for member engagement or digital platforms. Bring a fully charged laptop.

Client session: Visible, verifiable, valued — how ITI uses its platform to make membership matter every day Tuesday 9 June, 14:15–14:55

In a profession with no statutory regulation and no protected title, the Institute of Translation and Interpreting has built something that functions like a professional framework anyway. Sara Robertson, CEO of ITI, shares how a seven-person team uses their ReadyMembership platform to deliver genuine, day-to-day value to a dispersed membership of freelance professionals — through public-facing directories, credential verification, and CPD.
