Our ReadyMembership Client Clinics are friendly, interactive support sessions designed to help you get more from your ReadyMembership platform. These drop-in video calls are open to all clients and provide the opportunity to ask questions, explore features, and troubleshoot challenges with our product experts – live, in real time.
We’re keeping group sizes small to make sure sessions stay collaborative, relaxed, and genuinely helpful for everyone involved.
These sessions will be led by Jack Thompson, our brilliant Technical Support & Systems Manager. He'll be joined by team members including Customer Success Managers Ally Wheeler and Peter Whitecross.
What are the clinics?
These sessions are an informal space where you can:
- Ask “how do I…?” questions
- Get guidance on using features more effectively
- See quick, practical demonstrations with demo data you can adapt for your own sites.
- Share challenges and hear how others approach them
