DFK International is a leading association connecting professional service firms across the world, for almost 60 years.
Covering accounting, audit, tax, legal, and business advisory, they provide a network that spans across over 90 countries, ensuring integrity and accordance with the DFK’s values within each of their member firms.
DFK International needed a modern, user-friendly website that would represent their organisation globally and serve national groups and member organisations.
An integrated CRM was important in order to manage membership at a regional, national and local level. Integrating events booking and management was also essential. Making resources containing professional guidance and advice easily accessible was another key requirement.
Above all they wanted to improve their members’ experience engaging with the association - through an exceptional website with member login.

Managing nine national groups
Within DFK’s three global regions there are 120+ organisations active across nine national groups spanning USA, UK & Ireland, Sweden, Germany, Mexico, Aus & NZ, France, Canada and Italy
The groups module enables the national groups to manage their business, documents & meetings
Accessible essential resources
There are nearly 500 resources on the website,actively used by members. These are managed by the DFK team using the ReadyMembership resource library
Resources are categorised by Type, Services, Sectors, Languages and Countries

Events listed on the DFK website can be booked upon login
The DFK team can see all of their members’ online interactions within ReadyMembership. Integrated CRM, CMS and event management means that they can track all enquiries, payments and bookings for each member within the platform.
The DFK’s website information architecture was overhauled in order to provide a better user experience. This made existing content much more accessible.
Members’ feedback on the new website has been very positive. They have commented on how information is much easier to find than before.
